Sahil Mathur is a trained neurologist with a strong academic and clinical background. He completed his MBBS from King George’s Medical University, Lucknow, followed by a six-year DM Neurology training program at NIMHANS, Bengaluru.
His clinical and research interests include cognitive and behavioural neurology, neurometabolic disorders, and stroke, with particular emphasis on brain–behaviour relationships, diagnostic complexity, and longitudinal neurological outcomes. His work reflects a commitment to integrating detailed clinical phenotyping with contemporary research approaches.
He is currently working as a Postdoctoral Fellow, where he is involved in clinical research, mentorship of trainees, and collaborative multidisciplinary projects within the Department of Neurology at NIMHANS, contributing to both patient-centred care and translational neuroscience research.
